Rachel Crew is a program manager for national policy for JFF’s Building Economic Opportunity Group, providing policy analysis and support for programs that ensure educational and economic opportunity for all. Crew works on policy development at the federal and program level. She also provides coaching and technical assistance on a variety of projects involving adult learners. As a graduate of Florida’s Early College Program, Crew received her high school diploma and an associate’s degree simultaneously from St. Petersburg College. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and government with a concentration in comparative politics from the University of Central Florida. Crew is currently completing her master’s degree in education and entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania.
