Nidhi Sen is a Program Manager for the REL West California Rural Pathways Alliance at the Jobs for the Future. Ms. Sen is responsible for coaching support, technical assistance, and research and documentation around cross-sector data for regional career pathway work.
Originally from India, Ms. Sen received a M.A in Sustainable International Development and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University under the Fulbright Scholarship. Ms. Sen brings to the team experience in policy advocacy and analysis, and grants management. Prior to joining JFF, Ms. Sen worked as senior program officer with National Foundation for India, building and supporting a network of civil society organizations in using budgetary data for making improvements in social sector spending at the state and national level.
