WINs Chamber of Commerce Case Studies
Center for Workforce Preparation, U.S. Chamber of Commerce
(2000)

Summary:
The Center for Workforce Preparation has used peer learning and networking as an effective learning tool in the WINs initiative. The case studies of four chambers that worked to enhance their roles as workforce development intermediaries (El Paso, TX; Holyoke, MA; San Diego, CA; and Tempe, AZ) document the lessons learned as part of the first phases of WINs. Launched in 1997, WINs is a collaboration of JFF with the Center for Workforce Preparation of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Workforce Success of the National Association of Manufacturers.
