The MetLife Foundation Community College Excellence Award honors
colleges for excellence in promoting educational and economic
advancement for underserved youth and adults. This brochure describes
the top institutions and the criteria for receiving the award.
Each institution received $30,000 in recognition of its leadership in
demonstrating a college-wide focus on achieving high levels of service
for the underserved.
