Diane Perez de Alderete supports Jobs for the Future’s youth transitions team.
Prior to joining JFF, she worked for MIT and for Bank of America as an executive assistant and interpreter. She has always been very involved with the immigrant population, individually in her community and by creating the Hispanic Classical Ballet Group, a nonprofit entity devoted to assisting immigrant children with integration into the American mainstream through the classical arts.
Ms. Perez de Alderete received a B.A. from the Instituto del Vedado in Havana, Cuba.
