Barbara Masley
Program Director
Barbara Masley works as a program director with JFF's Capacity Building Initiative, where she helps develop instructional coaching cohorts across the country. She has worked for over 36 years in education serving as an elementary teacher, staff developer, curriculum specialist, grant writer, and principal.
She received her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from Worcester State College, a C.A.G.S. in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master’s in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University after being awarded a Harvard Hiatt Fellowship.
