Jobs for the Future explores ways that adults can develop the
skills needed to advance to family sustaining careers, while enabling
employers to build and sustain a productive workforce. At JFF,
we believe the institutions that comprise the "infrastructure"
of our education and employment systems must meet the needs of
two constituencies: those who are looking for employment and those
who provide jobs and on-the-job training.
