Designed to overcome the challenges of delivering real solutions to the many that need it, Accelerated Advancement focuses Jobs for the Future on incubating, developing, and proliferating solutions that really work—on creating and improving systems that can help those trapped in poor economic circumstances to develop the skills needed to move into rewarding careers.

We partner with local, state, and national organizations to accelerate opportunities for people to advance in education and careers. We work to:

• Understand the challenges and barriers that keep people from participating fully in the economy;
  
  
• Accelerate the adoption of what's new, what's needed, and what works in helping youth and adults acquire the skills that employers require;
  
  
• Influence the policies that drive our nation's educational and training systems to improve economic opportunity for those who need it most
